Journey Updates for Volunteers

Important Dates
Sunday, November ?? - 6:15-7:30pm - Casting Call - EVERYONE in the cast needs to be at this general meeting to receive important information regarding this year's Journey.
 
Saturday, December 4 - 9am-noon & 1pm-3pm - Scene Captains and Provided Costume folks need to come by the choir room for fittings and instructions.
 
Sunday, December 5 - 2:30pm - Dress Rehearsal for EVERYONE in the cast (front gate, hayrides all the way through the Journey exit)
 
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, December 9-11 - 6:00-9:30pm - Christmas Journey
 
Sunday, December 12 - 1:00pm - BIG Christmas Journey workday to pack and store sets and props from the Journey

Dinner on Journey Nights
Each night of the Journey (December 9-11), dinner will be available for the cast and crew beginning at 4:30pm in The Rock.  The dinner menu each night will be similar to the Wednesday night meals each week in the Gym.  The cost for these meals is $2 per person/per night.  Payment will need to be made by cash or check to FBC McKinney.  If you have questions, please contact Kara Greer at 469.424.1609.
